“Albright- Knox Art Gallery” one of the leading museums in the USA each year holds a competition for the right to be on display there within one years’ period of time. 200 artists of the State New York and adjacent States, who present two works each for the competition, participate in it.
Those that passed can be exhibited directly in the museum or can be taken by the club members of the museum on urgent lease or redeemed. To win – is a great honour. During the season 2005-2006 two B.Shalumov’s pictures – “A Sunset in Tel-Aviv» and “Before the Storm” won once more.
