In March of 2006 in Canada an international exhibition “Toronto Art Expo” on which Benjamin Shalumov exhibited around thirty paintings, those, painted in 2006 as well, were opened.
Various styles and art trends (painting, graphic and sculptures) by the artists from many countries of the world were presented at the exhibition. A great interest to the pictures of the impressionists is not fading away.
A particular interest was aroused by seascapes: “A Night on the Caribbean”, “An Island in the Ocean”; and a biographical one “From the Childhood”.
